• Basic technical and usage data when you visit the site — browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed and referring links.
• Advertising and analytics cookies and pixels (including the Meta pixel) when you arrive via or interact with our ads, so we can measure and improve our advertising.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes.
• To deliver our services, run our seminars, and communicate with you about your booking.
• To process payments and issue receipts.

3. Payments

Payments for seminars and services are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Meta — advertising and ad measurement.
• Email and scheduling tools — to communicate with you and manage bookings.
